1. Writing Standards

• Accuracy First: All factual claims must be verified against authoritative sources before publication. Accuracy takes precedence over speed.
• Objectivity: Content presents information objectively, fairly representing different viewpoints when appropriate. We do not use emotionally charged or misleading language.
• Completeness: Content covers topics thoroughly, addressing relevant details, exceptions, and nuances rather than oversimplifying complex subjects.

2. Citation Requirements

All factual claims must be supported by citations to authoritative sources. Citations should:

• Reference primary sources whenever possible (government websites, official data, peer-reviewed research)
• Include direct links to source materials
• Be current and relevant to the claim being supported
• Clearly indicate the date of the source material

3. Bias Avoidance

Our content strives to be neutral and informational. We do not endorse political parties, candidates, or specific policy positions. Content avoids:

• Political advocacy or partisan framing
• Emotional manipulation or fear-based language
• Promotional language for specific insurance companies or products
• Unsubstantiated claims or speculation presented as fact

4. Updates & Reviews

Content is reviewed and updated on a regular schedule:

• High-impact content (subsidy amounts, enrollment dates, legal changes): Reviewed within 30 days of any relevant change
• Medical content: Reviewed at least annually
• General informational content: Reviewed annually
• Outdated content: Clearly marked with an update notice and prioritized for revision

5. Transparency
